A summary report on the results from the BSMS strategy questionnaire is available to view.

The BSMS are conducting a strategy questionnaire looking at current use of the BSMS with the aim of informing the future direction of the Scheme.

The questionnaire is being carried out on line and the Transfusion Laboratory Manager can expect an email containing the questionnaire link during week commencing June 6th 2011. The questionnaire will close on August 14th 2011. 

We would like to get a comprehensive view of the benefits from the BSMS and would like to invite the Hospital Transfusion Team to complete together with input from other users of the BSMS.

A copy of the questionnaire is available in pdf format to allow discussion prior to completion of the on line survey.
