Delegates at the Open Meeting had the opportunity to take part in two interactive workshops. One focussing on stock and the other on data transparency.

• What factors are taken into account when assessing inventory and replenishing ?
• What is the outcome when there is a mismatch between supply and demand ? (e.g. O Negative)
