The BSMS Cardiff Road Show had a different format to the Road Shows held in NBS Centres.  The programme included information about developments in the Scheme, results of the BSMS best practice research, helpful hints about getting the most out of VANESA and data transparency. 

There were two workgroup sessions; current hospital inventory management practice and case studies - how VANESA can be used to monitor and change wastage and how VANESA can help with a hospital's use of O Neg.
