    VANESA Version 3.1 (December 2010)
    This section contains information sheets relating to the VANESA V3.1 upgrade available in December 2010.  Each information sheet is available as a pdf which can either be downloaded or printed.

    The Yearly Hospital Graph allows hospitals to compare individual hospital’s performance over a number of years in the following categories:-

    • Wastage as a percentage of issues for A,B & O red cells
    • Issues as a percentage of total issues for O Negative red cells
    • Wastage as a percentage of issues for A,B and O platelets

    The Inventory Summary Report collates 7 graphs on a single page making the report suitable for presentation at hospital meetings.

    The graphs include:

    • Wastage as a percentage of issues for A,B & O red cells(line and bar graphs)
    • Issuable Stock Index (ISI) for A, B & O red cells
    • Total issues for A, B & O red cells
    • Issues as a percentage of total issues for O Negative red cells
    • Wastage as a percentage of issues for A,B & O platelets (line and bar graphs)

      Red cell and Platelet Transparency Details
